All payment details will be accessible at the order confirmation page, after placing your online order.

Should you wish to change your mode of payment, please do let us know right away via SMS or email as soon as order is confirmed!

We have different payment options available, depending on what you're most comfortable with. Just make sure that payment is made within the three-day reservation period. 😉 Failure to pay within this time without request of payment extension will automatically result to order cancellation. 


✳︎ Bank Deposit

  • Payment can be made via over-the-counter (OTC) deposit. Options are BDO Savings and BPI Savings.
  • Secure a deposit slip from any of the stated banks above. Next, fill up the form with the account details that we will provide when we confirm your order.
  • Hand over the filled up bank deposit slip and payment to the bank teller and wait for your receipt.
  • Once payment has been made, please send over a photo of the receipt to our Facebook page. Shipping will be scheduled immediately after.

✳︎ Online Bank Transfer

  • A quick and seamless way to pay for your order - transfer the payment online via the BDO or BPI app or website with the 'Pay to Anyone' feature.
  • Fill up the Pay to Anyone page with the account number that we will provide via SMS once we confirm your order. Please make sure that this feature is enabled in your account (Feature is automatically enabled in BDO Online).
  • Once payment has been transferred, screenshot the confirmation page. Send over the receipt to our Facebook page. Shipping will be scheduled immediately after.

✳︎ Pera Padala

  • You may make payment via LBC, Cebuana, Palawan Express, or Western Union.
  • Go to the nearest branch and fill up the 'Send Money' Remittance Form with the details that we will provide when we confirm your order.
  • Hand over the filled up transaction slip and money to the cashier. Wait for your receipt.
  • Once payment has been transferred, send over a photo of the receipt to our Facebook page.  Make sure that the tracking number and amount are clear and legible.
  • Once confirmed, shipping will be scheduled immediately after.

    ✳︎ GCash

    • A quick and seamless way to pay for your Morning Clothing order online!
    • Go to your GCash dasboard and press 'Send Money' option.
    • Tap 'Express Send', and input the GCash account number provided at checkout.
    • Once payment has been transferred, send over a photo of the receipt to our Facebook page.  Make sure that the tracking number and amount are clear and legible.
    • Once confirmed, shipping will be scheduled immediately after.

    ✳︎ Grab Pabili or Lalamove Pabili

    • This payment option is open to deliveries for same-day delivery within Metro Manila only.
    • Final fare to be computed after checkout by a Morning Clothing team member. Final delivery rate inclusive of pabili fee depends on distance from Teacher's Village, Quezon City.
    • Select the 'GrabExpress/Lalamove Cash on Delivery' option for shipping. 
    • To avail of the Php79 and Php99 same day delivery flat rate, payment must be made via GCash or Online Bank Transfer prior to booking.

    Do you have sizes for your items?

    All Morning Clothing pieces are made in sizes XS to 4XL. Size charts are available on the product pages.

    Do you have plus sizes?

    Yes! All Morning Clothing items are mindfully made in sizes XS to 4XL.

    Do you have a size chart?

    Absolutely! Our size guides are available on every product page. We also make sure to include notes and recommendations on sizing.

    What size should I buy?

    This highly depends on how you'd want it to fit. We encourage you to take note of your measurements and to use our size guide for guidance. Should you need more help, please feel free to slide into our DMs for assistance.

    Where are your items made?

    All your Morning Clothing pieces are designed, sourced, and sewn locally in the Philippines.

    When will you restock?

    Restocks depend on demand. We do our best to avoid overproduction, so there is no guarantee that we will be able to restock a specific item once it's gone.

    Feel free to send us a DM to let us know that you'd like for a specific item to be restocked, though! We'll see what we can do.

    Where can I buy Morning Clothing?

    Morning Clothing is sold exclusively online on morningclothing.com, Shopee Mall, LazMall, Zalora, and GrabMart.

    What are your payment methods?

    For orders made via morningclothing.com, we accept payments via BDO, BPI, and GCash. Please be sure to send a copy of the deposit slip to our Facebook page for verification. Cash on Delivery, other banking options, bayad centers, and major credit cards are available when you shop on Shopee Mall, LazMall, and GrabMart.

    Do you accept same day delivery?

    Yes! Same day delivery is available for orders made thru GrabMart. Items will be shipped from our Quezon City office.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Not at the moment, but we're working on it!

    Until when can I pay for my order?

    For website orders, all customers have three (3) working days to settle payment for their orders. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the count.

    Where is my order?

    Once an order is placed, please allow two business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our office. Upon shipment, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

    I think my order is missing. Can you help me?

    Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We'd be happy to assist!

    The quality's great but I changed my mind. Can I return my order?

    All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

    My order arrived defective. Can you help me?

    While we do our best to double check every order, there may be cases of human error every now and then. Should this ever happen, please do reach out to us via Facebook Messenger within 24hrs of receipt of your order, so that the team may properly investigate and act on your concern.

    How does Morning Clothing advocate for body neutrality?

    Body neutrality aims to see people for more than just their bodies.

    We recognize that bodies are not made the same - the difficult thing about being a ready-to-wear brand. But we make do by incorporating tweaks into our designs. Materials that stretch and adjustable features are our best friend. Custom is in the works!

    We tell it like it is - a size XS, 2XL, or 4XL is not a bad thing. It just is. So we shouldn't have to try to redefine them.

    How does Morning Clothing practice sustainability?

    Like all things we advocate, we believe that practicing sustainability is a constant process. At present, we primarily keep to small batches to lessen fabric waste and overproduction.

    We're also not a fast fashion factory! We won't bombard you with new things on a daily basis, or shortchange you with lower quality fabrics that disintegrate after one wash. We're still definitely working on making this extend to our packaging, though.

    How do you keep your prices moderately low but still operate sustainably?

    We keep our profit margins low but manageable, and pass the savings on to our customers. There's really no other way to explain it.
