All customers have three (3) working days to settle payment for their orders. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the count.

✳︎ Do you accept payment extensions?
As much as possible, timely payment is always appreciated. Should you need any extensions for payment, please advise us on Facebook Messenger as soon as order is confirmed. Failure to abide by the extended deadline may affect requests for future extensions on your next order/s.
✳︎ What happens if I fail to pay or back out from my order?
The team reserves the right to automatically cancel orders of those who fail to make payment within reservation period and those who do not respond to payment reminders or follow ups. Should this recur for future orders, the Morning Clothing team reserves the right to automatically cancel said customer's order attempts after three bogus reservations.

Any messages delivered outside our office hours will receive a response the next business day and in the order the messages are received.
