Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item has been individually measured and posted on their respective product pages for your reference and utmost convenience. We also assure that every item and order delivered has undergone a series of quality checks prior to packing and delivery.

Should there be a case that you are dissatisfied with your order due to damaged or wrongly delivered items, please do reach out to us via Facebook Messenger within 24hrs of receipt of your order, so that the team may properly investigate and act on your concern.

Kindly keep in mind that by placing an order on our website, you hereby understand and accept all store policies which include (but are not limited to) our return and exchange guidelines.

✳︎ Returns and exchanges are only accepted on the following conditions: 

  1. The wrong item/s have been mistakenly shipped by the Morning Clothing Team
  2. The item shipped has major flaws or damage upon receipt, which tender the garment unwearable.

The following conditions above must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of the order to be honored for exchanges or convertible store credit. We always have your best interest at heart. Any feedback on how we can serve you better will be greatly appreciated and duly noted by our team.

✳︎ What about items that are lost in transit?
Shipping and deliveries are handled by third-party couriers (Sonic Experss, LBC, GrabExpress, Lalamove, Angkas). While instances like this almost never happen, all items are insured and will undergo the due investigation by the third-party courier. Any refunds or replacements will be discussed.
