All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item has been individually measured and posted on their respective product pages for your reference and utmost convenience. We also assure that every item and order delivered has undergone a series of quality checks prior to packing and delivery.
Should there be a case that you are dissatisfied with your order due to damaged or wrongly delivered items, please do reach out to us via Facebook Messenger within 24hrs of receipt of your order, so that the team may properly investigate and act on your concern.
Kindly keep in mind that by placing an order on our website, you hereby understand and accept all store policies which include (but are not limited to) our return and exchange guidelines.
✳︎ Returns and exchanges are only accepted on the following conditions:
- The wrong item/s have been mistakenly shipped by the Morning Clothing Team
- The item shipped has major flaws or damage upon receipt, which tender the garment unwearable.
The following conditions above must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of the order to be honored for exchanges or convertible store credit. We always have your best interest at heart. Any feedback on how we can serve you better will be greatly appreciated and duly noted by our team.
✳︎ What about items that are lost in transit?
Shipping and deliveries are handled by third-party couriers (Sonic Experss, LBC, GrabExpress, Lalamove, Angkas). While instances like this almost never happen, all items are insured and will undergo the due investigation by the third-party courier. Any refunds or replacements will be discussed.

Do you have sizes for your items?
All Morning Clothing pieces are made in sizes XS to 4XL. Size charts are available on the product pages.
Do you have plus sizes?
Yes! All Morning Clothing items are mindfully made in sizes XS to 4XL.
Do you have a size chart?
Absolutely! Our size guides are available on every product page. We also make sure to include notes and recommendations on sizing.
What size should I buy?
This highly depends on how you'd want it to fit. We encourage you to take note of your measurements and to use our size guide for guidance. Should you need more help, please feel free to slide into our DMs for assistance.
Where are your items made?
All your Morning Clothing pieces are designed, sourced, and sewn locally in the Philippines.
When will you restock?
Restocks depend on demand. We do our best to avoid overproduction, so there is no guarantee that we will be able to restock a specific item once it's gone.
Feel free to send us a DM to let us know that you'd like for a specific item to be restocked, though! We'll see what we can do.

Where can I buy Morning Clothing?
Morning Clothing is sold exclusively online on morningclothing.com, Shopee Mall, LazMall, Zalora, and GrabMart.
What are your payment methods?
For orders made via morningclothing.com, we accept payments via BDO, BPI, and GCash. Please be sure to send a copy of the deposit slip to our Facebook page for verification. Cash on Delivery, other banking options, bayad centers, and major credit cards are available when you shop on Shopee Mall, LazMall, and GrabMart.
Do you accept same day delivery?
Yes! Same day delivery is available for orders made thru GrabMart. Items will be shipped from our Quezon City office.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we're working on it!

Until when can I pay for my order?
For website orders, all customers have three (3) working days to settle payment for their orders. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the count.
Where is my order?
Once an order is placed, please allow two business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our office. Upon shipment, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
I think my order is missing. Can you help me?

Body neutrality aims to see people for more than just their bodies.
We recognize that bodies are not made the same - the difficult thing about being a ready-to-wear brand. But we make do by incorporating tweaks into our designs. Materials that stretch and adjustable features are our best friend. Custom is in the works!
We tell it like it is - a size XS, 2XL, or 4XL is not a bad thing. It just is. So we shouldn't have to try to redefine them.
How does Morning Clothing practice sustainability?
Like all things we advocate, we believe that practicing sustainability is a constant process. At present, we primarily keep to small batches to lessen fabric waste and overproduction.
We're also not a fast fashion factory! We won't bombard you with new things on a daily basis, or shortchange you with lower quality fabrics that disintegrate after one wash. We're still definitely working on making this extend to our packaging, though.
How do you keep your prices moderately low but still operate sustainably?
We keep our profit margins low but manageable, and pass the savings on to our customers. There's really no other way to explain it.
